Hi- I’m Rebecca Gibbs, YOUR Nutrition Architect.

I’ve always loved food and spending time in the kitchen. As I studied Kinesiology at the University of Utah, I saw a disconnect between enjoying great food and being a “healthy individual”. I wondered how I could help bridge the gap and reduce the stigma society has placed on eating and what “health” is. As an avid runner and training specialist for 10+ years, I also saw how food could make or break a successful training plan. Nutrition always seemed to be shrouded in mystery and no one thing seemed to work for everyone. Knowing I was missing some necessary tools to solve the puzzles faced by my friends I went back to school and earned my Master’s of Science in Nutrition and Integrative Health from Maryland University of Integrative Health. This has helped me to build on my foundation of knowledge so I can help you draft a blueprint designed specifically for your life that will guide you in becoming your best self.

When I’m not in the kitchen obsessing over my newest olive oil and balsamic blend, you can find me spending time with my husband and coonhound (our unofficial mascot), running in the mountains, or kicking back and enjoying a good movie with some popcorn and yummy treats. I’m looking forward to getting to know you!
