  • This complimentary call is conducted online or over the phone. I will spend 15 minutes talking about your goals, questions, and struggles as well as my approach to make sure we will be a good team. After this we can schedule your initial consultation and get to work!

  • Online, this information gathering session helps me get your perspective on health, where you currently are and how you’re hoping to progress. This helps me design a plan for future sessions so you can lay the framework for using food to nourish your body and mind. As I am mainly investigating where to begin in this session, very few recommendations will be made.

    90 mins | $250

  • Online, each 45 minute session will allow us to continue to design and make adjustments to interventions that will allow you to build a strong foundation and create lifelong habits. Most individuals need a minimum of 8-10 sessions to achieve their goals, if not more. Plan on meeting every other week for 4-6 months, with further customization available to fit your individual needs.

    45 mins | $125

  • Online, each 25 minute session will allow clients who may not need a full 45 minutes of support every session to check-in on their progress, tweak protocols, and answer any questions.

    25 min | $70

  • Online, each 30 minute health coaching session provides guidance and motivation as you work to acheive your goals.

    30 min | $50
